My staying at the Ali's flat was a perfect experience. Ali and Diniz were very reactive and helped me in my late check-in. Highly recommended.

Ibrahim and his Team were ready to cover any requirement we raised providing great assistance on several cases during our stay there. He is a really friendly administrator that provided all the necessary infos and means to ensure a great a problem-free stay. The location of these flats was really strategic allowing us to approach easily several highlights and interesting city's neighborhoods. The appartments provided an amazing panoramic view to Golder Horn and the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. I highly suggest it especially for tourists that would like to stay at Karaköy and broader Beyoğlu district.

I had a great stay, the Airbnb was close enough to easily walk or take public transportation to all major attractions, but still enough out of the way to be able to relax. The place was just as described and the host works hard to take care of the unit. For the price it was perfect. What really made this place worth every penny was the host himself. I was in contact a couple times. First, I had forgot my laptop charger at home and he quickly recommended several shops that were close by and might have one. Second I just got home and being a quieter are I could not find anywhere still open to grab some soda and wanted to know if they had like a door dash and could contact — he sent a guy over for me 20 minutes later with like a dozen cans of soda and juices and even some chips. Way above and beyond! If your vacation is about more than just a room to rent…. I would not hesitate in booking any properties this host represents!!

Ce fut un séjour tout simplement magnifique. J'avais initialement réservé pour six jours, mais j'ai finalement prolongé mon séjour à vingt-six jours consécutifs, tant l'hôte, l'appartement et le quartier étaient agréables. L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche de tous les besoins essentiels : divers moyens de transport, sites touristiques et historiques emblématiques d’Istanbul, ainsi que de nombreux magasins pour faire shopping. Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement le propriétaire de l’appartement, ses voisins sympathiques, ainsi que toutes les personnes qui veillent sur ce pays, et en particulier sur la ville d’Istanbul. Ce fut un séjour des plus confortables. Merci, merci et encore merci pour votre accueil chaleureux. Je reviendrai, c’est certain.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was elegantly designed, very clean, and well-maintained. The view was absolutely stunning, making my experience even more enjoyable. Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! Near to the tram and ferry station and super easy to locate. Btw the rooftop was the highlight of the house! Mostly love everything about the house 🤍🤍 thanks a lot Denis!

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

Всё понравилось, красивый вид из окна и станция метро в пешей доступности. Рядом много ресторанов и кафе на любой вкус.
