Vacation rentals with beach access in Eyüpsultan

Appartement impeccable, d’une propreté exceptionnelle (table, vaisselle, draps, douche, sol…). À 5 min de la station T5 Fener, pratique pour rejoindre facilement les transports (métros, tramways) et les lieux touristiques : Taksim, Galata, port et pont d’Istanbul, grandes mosquées, bazars, îles des Princes… Accès facile depuis l’aéroport. Quartiers comme Balat et Eminönü sont à 5 min. Calme absolu, terrasse avec vue sur mer et pêcheurs, parfaite pour le matin ou le soir. Supérette, restaurants, banque à 5 min, BIM à 10 min. Furkan est très arrangeant : il nous a remboursé 50 % d’une nuit suite à une erreur et nous a laissé entrer plus tôt. Serviettes, shampoing, thé, épices à disposition. Un séjour parfait !

Do not hesitate to book! Worth every penny of it! Cozy flat in a lovely neighborhood of Istanbul, with all the amenities one may need in a flat... Unbeatable location, just across the street tram and bus stops, u can get easily to any point pf Istanbul with public transport. Flat itself was very clean and had a well equiped kitchen. Furkan, as a host was always ready to help, if we asked for it... All in all, the flat itself and the host both exceeded my expectations...

The accommodation is in a very quiet street. Its around 10 minutes walk from the metro station and 3 minutes walk from the bus station. Mert gave clear instructions about the arrival, so we had no problems with that. Excellent value for money, therefore highly recommended.

Konumu çok merkezi ulaşım çok kolaydı. Coşkun bey bütün talimatları önceden verdi ve hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Çok temizdi resimlerde görüldüğü gibiydi biz çok keyifle kaldık. Bundan sonra İstanbul’a seyahat ettiğimde yine tercih edeceğim bir yer oldu çok teşekkür ederim tekrardan.

J’ai été très satisfait de mon séjour dans la maison d’Arda. Il a été très réactif et rapide à tout moment, et il a été flexible avec moi concernant l’heure d’entrée, bien qu’il ait fixé 23h00 comme dernière heure. La maison était très propre, et le quartier était magnifique, avec une ambiance élégante et décoré de cafés et de restaurants au design attractif qui rivalisent pour attirer les visiteurs. Ce qui est encore plus intéressant, c’est que le quartier où j’ai séjourné est un lieu de tournage de nombreuses séries turques, grâce à l’architecture distinctive du lieu. J’ai eu l’honneur d’assister au tournage d’une scène de série. Une expérience incroyable à tous points de vue ! Je trouve que ce quartier est l’un des plus beaux endroits que j’ai visités lors de mes voyages

Our visit was short but we felt right at home. Location is great with easy to walk to places and safe.

The house and the hostess of the house, as well as the kitty, are simply amazing, there's nothing more to say, you should visit this place.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Terrasse ist wunderschön mit dem Blick auf das Schwarze Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Wir haben uns wie zur Familie zugehörig gefühlt, denn die Eltern von Feyza sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit!

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

A perfect house and a wonderful host, Sema Hanım! The house is much more beautiful than in the photos, every item in the house is very valuable and meaningful. While I was sitting on the balcony, I felt like a sultan living in the old times and watching the Bosphorus in her palace, I woke up every morning with the whistles of the ships passing through the Bosphorus, I drank my coffee among the singing of the birds, I walked in the forest area near the house or ran down to the beach. As for the host, Esma Hanım.. I don't know how to describe her in words, she is very helpful, very naive, very smart, an exemplary woman, I have nothing to do but feel lucky to have met her, thank you for designing such a house and coming into my life!

Aydogan was great, he let us leave our luggage early and even took it up to our room for us. He had lots of local knowledge and was easy to talk too.

Ev merkezdeydi. Vapur iskelesinden hemen hiç yokuş çıkmadan 5 dakikada ulaşılabiliyordu. Yakınında çok güzel restoranlar vardı yürüme yolu vardı balkon yemyeşil bir bahçeye bakıyordu çok sessizdi evde sözü edilen bütün olanaklar vardı temizdi fotoğraflardakinin aynısıydı burgazada‘da yine aynı evde kalmak isterim

Bin voll zufrieden . Bis auf den Garten wir durften nicht mal am garten Rauchen .Und die Treppen sind so hoch .Bin selber krank .musste ständig hoch runterlaufen .Und die haben trotzdem stress gemacht .Das wir die wohnung verlassen .

Very nice place. Excellent location if you need to go the Tuyap fair. Only 5 minutes walking away! The apt is cheap, spaciousand it's possible to cook some food. The only thing to pay attention is the prayer in the middle of the night. At about 4.00 a.m. the muezzin is calling for the prayer and if you are night sleeper you will be awake. Some earplugs are necessary. A part from that everything is fine.

Zeynep and her family gave us such a warm welcome that we immediately felt at home. They were always available and happy to help with any of our questions or requests. Their flat was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our stay in their flat and had great communication with them. We 100% recommend this place.
