The nature in the area has a lot to offer, such as seasonal activities including walking trails, hiking, berry picking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, and skiing. Places close by: Akureyri 25 min., Goðafoss 30 min., Mývatn 55 min. and Húsavík 55 min. drive away.
