Bruna's place is great, has all the necessary utensils and the location is wonderful. Bruna welcomed us very well, was very helpful and gave us all the necessary tips about the area.

Great stay since the initial conversation with Gabriela that always responded quickly. The on-site reception was with Dona Geisa who lives in a house on the same plot and was always welcoming. Even though it was on the same ground we had total privacy and room for parking 2 cars. The location is great next to the Arituba Lagoon and on the same street of the restaurants (just take the right and follow after the zipline). I'll be back!

I took my children and in-laws to spend a holiday in this house because I wanted to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city, coming there I was surprised by Ana's place and kindness. Pleasant place with lots of programs for children. I want to come back now😀.

Pedro was very attentive, easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as shown in the photos and as described in the listing. It looked even bigger than in the photos. It had all the utensils you need in a house, you didn't need to bring anything if you didn't want to. I took things apart because I can't live without them, like my popcorn maker. But you could stay if you wanted. I thought it was a good idea to keep the house keys in a safe at the entrance to the house. Unfortunately, on the weekend there were some power outages on the street, which compromised the power in the house a little, but it was only on the last night. And despite the presence of mosquitoes, as it is a forest area, there were those repellent spirals to scare them away. I went with my family and they loved the house, wishing to return at the next opportunity. Excellent house! I recommend the house and the host.

The house is beautifully built and well-maintained. It was designed to give comfort to all guests, not to mention that there is a room adapted for people with reduced mobility. It's worth spending a weekend, or a longer period at this beach house. The place is a paradise and has restaurants and conveniences in the region. Hosts were thoughtful and kind to us, and met our every need. Our carnival was unforgettable.

Host took a long time to respond, I only found the place because I had rented another chalet with another owner who sent me the location. But when I got there, it was easy to communicate. The property was moldy, but the host relocated us to another unit. We got a lot of good service.

Mr. Gustavo served us promptly, always helpful. Sensational house, condominium with great Structure, you can go to the walking beach and is located near Ponta Negra.

We had a great stay!! The apartment is very comfortable and well maintained. The location is great, with several cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the condominium. And it's very close to the wonderful Cotovelo beach. The leisure area is amazing. With several swimming pools, sports courts, playground, game room and fitness center. We really enjoyed it!

The stay at Ary's duplex was very satisfying! Large and comfortable space! very well assembled and complete kitchen! Quiet place! The penthouse with a large jacuzzi/pool with waterfall and barbecue has a spectacular view of the area! It's worth being there on the full moon! Back for sure!

The condominium is very well maintained, all green, gardening always in day, safe, quiet and quiet. Access to the lagoon is good but it is very small.
