La Casita del Carpintero - The Vératton Region

A dream come true! A small medieval village in a magical setting at the foot of Gredos. Consisting of 3 houses with a vegetable roof, garden and an incredible Nordic bathtub in each house. The Carpenter's House is a cozy fairytale cabin. Its 18th-century carved furniture was carefully restored. It features a bedroom, an amazing double bed, a living room with an indoor fireplace, TV, and a comfortable sofa bed, a fully-equipped open kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with shower.

It consists of a large living room/dining room/kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, arranged on a single floor without a slope (the space on the lower floor is not rented). Located in the La Tijera area, on a 7000m2 plot of forest on the mountainside with spectacular views of the Tietar Valley. Old area of terraced olive groves today populated with oaks, chestnuts and strawberry trees.

Relaxation & Comfort

We are Javier and Juanjo and we have a single-family home on a 1000 m plot in Sierra de Fuentes, with lawn areas and a private pool. The house is divided into two completely independent floors separated by an exterior staircase that gives access to your accommodation and the pool. Access to the plot and outdoor areas are shared, and we will be happy to have you so close, but at the same time, with all the privacy of being on different and independent floors

Pool of more than 80m2, barbecue, Chillout area, gardens, wooden gazebo porch. Sighting of cranes in its pasture, guided visits to the castle of "Los Sotomayor y Zúñiga" in the nearby town of Belalcázar, visit to "La Catedral de La Sierra" in Hinojosa del Duque, very diverse trekking routes, mountain biking, gravel or road.

The Banastero Farm

A stone and wood house in the middle of the mountains, 3 bedrooms with a 150cm bed, a sofa bed, sleeps up to 7 people, equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, wood stove.... The pool is private for guest use and is open from the end of May until autumn, when the rains begin.
