Inspiring Skyline Views From a Hip Loft in SoMa

Brew coffee in a kitchen with bold wood cabinets, then curl up with a book on a cushioned bench set along floor-to-ceiling windows offering skyline views. Modern furnishings and colorful decor forge a trendy vibe within this bright loft apartment. The loft has all imported fixtures and finishes from Italy. It has Ralph Lauren deep brown carpet on the stairs and in the bedroom/office and polished concrete on the main level. There is also remote controlled blinds on the main windows and skylights. Access to the whole area described in the Summary. I can be available 24/7 at least the first and last day of their stay. Though likely at all times. The South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood has a lot of restaurants, bars and night clubs to enjoy. It is also very close to the Moscone Center. 3 1/2 blocks away from Civic Center BART/Muni Station. 20 minute walk to downtown. 4 blocks away from Moscone Center. 20 minute walk to AT&T Park SoMa is a hip neighborhood with a ton of restaurants to choose from, bars and night clubs, start-up companies around, close to the Moscone Center.

Centrally located for work or play. This open concept 2 bedroom is a peaceful break away. Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.
