I have been an artist for almost ten years now.

I studied the Bachelor of Fine Arts where I focused on printmaking and painting.

I have my own workshop at Dirê Nikkhö's Studio 20, a collective space aimed at arts and design, where different workshops take place and it has an exhibiting space (our own gallery).
I specialize in printmaking, but in my artwork, I try to include different techniques in order to obtain esthetic and attractive outcomes. The themes are related to human beings' transformation and metamorphosis.

I love experimenting through printmaking and its different techniques, and sharing the knowledge I have acquired, so you can also fell in love with printmaking and art.

Where you'll be

My printmaking workshop is inside Dirê Nikkhö's Studio 20, an independent space managed by artists focused on production, release and study of cultural and artistic projects. Its purpose is boosting a critic dialogue regarding contemporary Art.

This place was re-designed to promote the creation, broadcasting and exhibition of innovative projects that generate alternatives in favor of the human being and its environment.

This was a really fun experience. I have wanted to try printmaking in the past so this was a great opportunity to learn it from somebody that knows the medium in a culture that has a strong history of art and printmaking. We had so much fun making our lino-prints and Ale was delightful.

Ale has a great studio and was able to teach me a bit about cutting linoleum for printing and I left with some prints on paper and a tote bag as well. I had a lot of fun and I liked her little dog haha.

She cares about your process and I hope she continues to have to opportunity to share her talents. I will take what i learned here and continue to develop my personal style. Thank you Ale.
