My background is diverse. To list just a few of my roles, have taught wellness-related classes, lectures, workshops and retreats around the globe—at the New York Open Center, Canyon Ranch, Miraval, Omega Institute, Kripalu Center, Findhorn Foundation, the American Holistic Medical Association and others. I am a graduate of the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership. I am also the creator of Lunarhythms Yoga™, a blend of flowing hatha yoga that combines influences of therapeutic, trauma-informed yoga, Ayurveda, chakras, poetry and lunar cycles. I have been a survival instructor in the U.S. Air Force, and an actor in New York City.

I apply the learnings I have taken from each of my life’s experiences to my practice in helping people heal.

Forest bathing with Mark is an experience not to be missed. Mark gently guided us to connect on a deep level with the natural world, to be deeply present to the plants, animals, and landscape that surrounded us, to appreciate the privilege it is just simply to be here. We feel renewed, revitalized, even changed, by these few short hours that were in fact a time out of time.

This was a unique and moving experience. Mark shares his deep knowledge of the forest from his own study and personal experience. The walk and surroundings are unforgettable, especially when engaging all your senses.

Mark is a fascinating, empathetic, compassionate, and warm person with his own unique outlook on being in nature. I feel like my husband and I really connected with him on a deep level and we both learned a lot and had some deeply relaxing experiences. Mark was very aware of any physical limitations we had and did his best to accommodate us and give us choices. And the forest was gorgeous!
