My wife and I took our 14 year old ASD/ADHD nephew to this experience for his Christmas present, and he proclaimed it “the best time ever”. Our chocolatier was so patient with him, and he was able to leave with 14 bonbons he had filled and decorated himself. The tastings and the information on how chocolate is produced added to the experience. They pre-make the chocolate moulds and the ganache filling for you, which certainly guarantees better results, but I am planning on using the recipe to try my hand at ganache making at home.

A bit disappointed with the experience. We didn't learn much of how to make the chocolate in comparison to how chocolate is extracted from the fruit and its different varieties. Rather pricey for the amount of knowledge obtained.

A lovely experience. Our chocolatier Sophia was patient and well informed so as well as enjoying making the bon bons we learnt about chocolate along the way. Recommended.
