What you'll do
We'll meet at one of our beautiful waterways and you'll learn the basic skills of Stand Up Paddling or we'll set you up with a kayak before we go on our water excursion. We'll give you all the information you need to know to safely enjoy your time on the water. Please let us know if you would prefer a kayak when you book with us. We'll guide you through the lake for an awesome memorable experience. It is a great way to relax and enjoy nature. We see otters, turtles, eagles and more on the water here. This experience is pet friendly if your dog enjoys the water. Children are also welcome. The whole family can enjoy being on the water together. When you leave this experience you will have a new skill you can take on many new adventures in the future!
After our water adventure, we'll sit down to an awesome brunch at either The Waterfront Orlando or The Hammered Lamb. Both of these restaurants are lakeside and have awesome fresh cooked food. We enjoy discounts at these wonderful restaurants for our guests.
Your hosts
My name is Jenny and I love introducing new friends to SUP and Kayaking on the Lakes of South Orlando with my partner Richard. We own Lake Life Paddle and have 15 years of experience teaching and 100% success rate of getting people up and balanced on a paddleboard! We grew up in Orlando and have extensive knowledge of these beautiful waterways. They are very clean, safe places to enjoy the real Florida. The water itself is worth just sitting on, but when you add the adventure of learning a new skill, it's really a memorable experience. We have had some of our best moments on this lake, and would love to share it with you!
We are very flexible and dedicated to getting people on the water. So please, if you don't see a time that works for you or your group, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Where you'll be
We'll be exploring one of the beautiful natural lakes of South Orlando. Our launch locations are close to the airport, attractions and hotels. These lakes have beautiful, clean water and we see otters, turtles, eagles. We can even take a swim if the weather permits, the water feels amazing. We do not see alligators on these lakes.
We brunch afterward at The Waterfront Orlando or The Hammered Lamb.

Alligators - we never encounter them.
