Visalia gateway to Sequoia. We enjoyed our stay the house was comfortable but different enough from home to make it fun to stay at. We didn’t explore the area just used it as a place to stay while we visited the park. Very nice and spacious with grocery stores close by. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in and have dinner at the table together each night.

Ryan and Danielle were wonderful hosts, and we had a great time in their property. Not only the home was pristine and perfectly as described, but also the hosts were kind to share their dogs n pets for our kids to play with. We loved their heartwarming gesture and will surely be back if we are back in the area.

We really enjoyed staying here it was a nice relaxing & peaceful place to stay, enjoyed sitting under the big shady tree drinking beer with my coworkers & seeing the horses & chickens, it was very nice & peaceful throughout our stay

Zach’s place was awesome!! I know it’s hard to believe that it’s a 5 star property but it’s truly a 5 star property. The property was easy to find and check in was smooth. The house is the perfect layout for a small family or singles. It was very clean and beds were comfortable after hiking! It’s close to the parks, about an hour so to Kings Canyon and Sequoia entrances. It’s a great hub for these parks! We went hiking in the mornings and relaxed in the afternoons. Zach was an awesome host and very responsive! We needed to stay just a bit longer bc of a late night flight and he was accommodating! Will stay here again when I come back!! Looking forward to it already!

Very cozy and clean. Even though temps were hotter than we are used to, we still enjoyed sitting outside every morning for breakfast. We’ve stayed at some pretty fancy places, but one friend said this was the nicest he’s ever stayed at because of how homey and welcoming it is. A bonus is that it has a walk-in shower that was perfect for our friend with mobility issues. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

This is a very nice house in a fairly new development. I had trouble figuring out how to use the key pad for entering but the host was very helpful in responding to my texts and helping me figure it out. Nice, relatively new, home. Very comfortable.

Great location which was both private yet walkable to key locations in Three Rivers. Lis provided recommendations for local spots to eat for dinner. We appreciated a kitchen stocked with the basics such as coffee but also some fun additional snacks, spices and even sandwich bags which were helpful for our hikes. There's multiple outside areas to relax along with lights and citronella candles to keep bug free. Due to the heatwave we stayed inside and enjoyed the cool AC.

Rubik always answered all my questions. House was good, tv can use an update since nothing but Prime worked. Enough room for us and more. Definitely staying again.

Staying at Kermit's was like staying at my old grandparents' home. It was cozy, welcoming, homey, and it had absolutely everything we needed to cook great meals, spend time together, and have a blast doing so. The kitchen was well stocked, the grill was prepared and ready to go, the lights on the patio at night were wonderful, and the backyard had plenty for us to do. I have spent more money on Airbnbs for less than our stay at Kermit's, and I am happy to say that I would gladly spend a trip at Kermit's again!

The place was very clean and spacious. We loved the pool which was very clean and in a very private setting. The photo of the pool is accurate however it did not show the sitting space with two love seat couches and a table to enjoy while at the pool. This area also had cool lighting to enjoy at night. The living room has a large comfy couch with large TV with all the channels. We used Netflix and Hulu with no advertisements. They have a Keurig coffee maker and all the coffee choices one could want. The kitchen had all the spices you can think of. They also had a Pac-Man game machine which brought back memories of the good old days. We went to Sequoia national park (30 min drive) and Kings Canyon (1.5 hour drive) from here. We will stay here again when we return to this area.

Great house that we enjoyed very much! Anabel was very punctual with her responses, and she made the process very easy.

This was such a beautiful home , way better than expected, Leanne was very helpful and responsive when reaching out to her. Would recommend 100% we will book again when we’re back in Visalia.

We absolutely loved staying at Shannon’s place. Our trip was to visit some friends that live locally in Kingsburg and see their son graduate highschool. We bought the kids with us and made it a mini family vacation. The location was not too far and located in such a peaceful and beautiful location, in the middle of a vineyard (check mark for mom) The pool and basketball hoop was just what we needed to keep our kids busy (check mark for the kids). The house is spacious and feels very homey. We will be coming back to visit our friends and will definitely be renting Shannon’s place for each of our visits.

We had a great stay in Springville during our visit to Sequoia National Park. The home was spotless and well-stocked, and our kids especially loved the air hockey table and backyard putting green. A perfect base for exploring the area!

I’ve stayed here a few times while in town for work, and every time it has been better than the last. Manuel obviously reinvests time and money into this property, and it shows. By far the best place for the price that I’ve found in Tulare.

We love every minute we were in the home, very roomy very clean , with the hot weather we love the AC

Clean and beautiful space. Easy to find and close to everything in Visalia. Plenty of snacks, coffee, and water provided. Great location for access to Sequoia and Kings Canyon NPs.

This place was awesome! It was super clean and looked just liked the pictures. The view is amazing and the location is great, only 4 miles from the national park entrance. The house had everything you needed from towels to kitchen utensils. The host Lis was super friendly and responsive and gave great recommendations of what to do in the area. We will for sure be coming back!
