House vacation rentals in Evora

Gorgeous!! Slow down and enjoy the sheep, the waters, the stillness!! It’s peaceful and amazing and the sunsets are gorgeous! Not for those that want to be super busy.

The hospitality of D. Maria José was great, she received us very well (thank you for the bread), perfect space for those looking to relax and disconnect a little from the routine. The house has everything we need, the yard is quite spacious, you can enjoy the jacuzzi and the tranquility of the place, but it is also located near cafes, grocery stores and a bar.

We had a lovely stay at Joaquim’s place. It is a large studio space (possibly a former dance studio?), with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the swimming pool and it was so welcome in the heat. Joaquim was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and also provided good information on Moura. The supermarkets are conveniently close at hand, and everything in the town is walking distance. We tried a couple of restaurants - Vermulhudo and André’s - both really good with a lively atmosphere. We climbed to the top of the tower at the castle, had a boat trip at the Alqueva dam, visited the oil press museum and generally enjoyed Moura which is very pretty. Thank you for having us, we would love to come back.

Very clean and well-equipped accommodation, special mention for local products available for purchase in the accommodation (wine and cheese). free street parking Francisco gave us all the info for our arrival. I would recommend it.

The apartment was small but very comfortable for a couple. Bathroom was clean and had the best shower water pressure of anyplace. Kitchen was well equipped with newer utensils. The bedroom had a nice size closet if someone was staying longer. Bed was comfortable and nice linens. The air conditioning worked well. The only thing is the noise outside is quite loud until midnight. It was graduation weekend for the university and a busy street for traffic. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Carla's place! The space was very clean, cozy and exactly as described. Carla was an amazing host—super helpful with local recommendations and always quick to respond. We had everything we needed and was in a great location with a nice pool. Would definitely stay again.

Francisca's house is wonderful and our stay was amazing! Perfect for a getaway in Alentejo, in a super quiet and peaceful place. We'll be back for sure!

Manuela’s place was very comfortable and easy to access. The town was sleepy, but very walkable. We had all of the amenities in Manuela’s place

Awesome property and very nice host. Kudos to Anibal and Amélia for being super responsive and helpful. Very few issues with the house which were promptly resolved. A parking space would have helped improve the experience but not a blocker. Pity we couldnt enjoy the pool and the patio much due to the weather. Overall definitely recommend this place!

We loved our stay in the countryside. The house was authentic and charming and had what we needed. We loved being able to walk to a restaurant. Its a lovely peaceful area

We loved Pedro's place. It is a really nice and cosy house with a typical Alentejo swimming pool, beautiful view, barbecue, garden, and everything you need to have an outstanding weekend. We will be back for sure.

A perfect calm spot to relax. As a family we enjoed the pool and the outside are very well. The interior is very well set up and the architecture of the house is beautiful.

Great accommodation in a quiet and pleasant area. The house is very welcoming, carefully decorated and equipped with everything it takes for a comfortable stay. On arrival the house was quite clean and organized. The terrace is perfect for relaxing, soaking up the sun and refreshing in the tank. Repeating, surely!

Jose's place was amazing! He and his team had great communication, we're very responsive and helpful. Place is well organized and has everything you need, just a great place to relax and the surrounding area is beautiful

An amazing property with outstanding views of the local area. The property was just perfect, all you could ask for, very clean well appointed apartment had everything you needed. The show stopper was the deck, private garden and view. Waking up in the morning and just daydreaming out into the distance whilst sat in bed with a coffee! The private pool was stunning, just what we needed to recharge. Would highly recommend this property.

Nice little place. We loved the fireplace, quite cost. However the kitchen is extremely small and not suitable for cooking. Carla, the lady that is looking after the place was so kind and responsive. The bread delivery in the morning is so nice! Overall happy for the experience- great for a group to rent the whole village

Lovely, typical house on a quiet street. The house was cosy and welcoming. A very comfortable bathroom and bed for the night. Nice village to explore.

I chose the place to spend my birthday in Évora with 3 more people and I only have positive things to point out! The location of the house is amazing, staying inside the Walls, which allows easy walking access to the most prominent places in the city. The atmosphere is super cozy and familiar and the house is prepared to ensure a great stay. Maria is a super helpful, worried and easy-to-communicate host, and still managed to surprise me by leaving a little cake to celebrate my birthday! Couldn't have had better experience, I highly recommend 😊

Monsaraz is such a charming hilltop village in the Alentejo region! Jose Luis' accommodations is in the heart of the village, on the main street and just below the castle! The accommodations are very spacious, with the living, dining and kitchen areas feeling very homey! The views of the castle and the valley below from the rear terrace are amazing! This is also a haven for cat lovers, as we had several feline friends hang out on the terrace! Just be mindful of not letting them inside! This is truly the best accommodations in Monsaraz!

Casa da Margem is in an incredible place in Albufeira and the stay and vacation were memorable. The host João and the person in charge Mr. António was always 5 stars in communication, availability and proactivity. I highly recommend Casa da Margem.

We felt immediately at home once we arrived. Place was clean and more spacious than it looks on photos. Location was ideal for us because was central to discover near places like Estremoz, Évora and Mora. Got a typical coffee shop/restaurant just around the corner and small supermarket down the road. Also for kids there is a small playground which is great. You can walk to Évoramonte castle.

Authentic and beautiful place with an amazing view from the backyard. Monsaraz is one of the nicest villages in the neighborhood. All recommendations for both the location and accommodation.

My partner and I had a great weekend, the accommodation is in the heart of the city with all amenities easily accessible. The town is small so you can do anything on foot. Flawless, clean and spacious apartment, we loved its artistic charm. It is also fully equipped, ideal for longer stays. We recommend it!
