Each floor has a spacious area of 30 pyeong, making it suitable for families and small groups of 10 or less, and groups of 15 or more (when used simultaneously on the 2nd and 3rd floors). It is located in the middle of Eulwang-ri Beach and Sunnyeobawi Beach, which are famous for their vacation spots, within a 5-minute walk.
