Cool accomodation between huge mountains. Very friendly dog will follow you everywhere. Vazgen provided his home-made products (very tasty) and shared his insightful experiences. Place misses nothing and with small price you will be given fabulous breakfast.

It is within walking distance to very nice places to visit. You have to climb a long staircase to get to the hotel, but other than that, the room and its surroundings are beautifully designed and the view is great. The hotel owners were also very interested, we did not have any problems

I had a very nice time at Ali's house. He was very welcoming and offered to help me with anything. The rooms are clean and have an AC. The neighboorhoof is quiet and centrally located. I can only recommend to stay there when you are in Baghdad!

The most beutiful location i have ever been too. Jaw-dropping view, i feel very privileged to have the opportunity to visit this amazing hotel. The host and his family are very kind and welcoming, always ready to help when needed. can't reccomend this hotel enought!

The house was a wonderful blend of old and modern style, very stylishly furnished and spotless. Especially the bath was really perfect, it was a complete relaxation area. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. When we had a car problem, he immediately helped and did his best. We felt very comfortable, we would definitely like to come back!
