A rustic stone and wooden house, recently renovated. Date from 1880. Its 240m2 is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of appliances such as dishwasher,microwave, etc. One of the bathrooms, with a large bathtub. The living room, landmark of the house, as its stove makes this part of the house a peaceful and cozy place. An ideal Xoko for meetings and celebrations etc., from which you can access a beautiful courtyard, also private parking of the house. The patio is ideal for relaxing and sports. Attached to the patio is a lovely garden with the relevant furniture, green area, flowers and fruit trees. In it is also the playground for the children. On the 1st floor are the four bedrooms, three of them double and one double. They have a balcony with wonderful views. Also on this floor there is a spacious and perfectly equipped bathroom.
