Delightful two-room apartment recently renovated, in the heart of the historic center of Perugia, equipped with WiFi/fiber and air conditioning, located near the Roman Aqueduct and 50 meters from the Etruscan Arch and the University of Foreigners, very close to all areas of interest including the Cathedral, Corso Vannucci, Fontana Maggiore, the Rectorate and Morlacchi theater, as well as clubs, restaurants and shops. The house is very comfortable and has 2 entrances, one independent and one inside the building.

Our bright studio is located on the third floor of a small building (without an elevator!) in a quiet street in the center, a stone's throw from the Minimetrò and all the main points of interest. The house is small but we have tried to make it as welcoming as possible and to furnish it with simplicity and care. My place in Porta Sole is in the highest Perugia historic center area, close to public transports, a few steps from Piazza Dante, Piazza Italia, Piazza IV Novembre and Corso Vannucci. You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).

The Lily Room in Perugia's historic center

Elegant and characteristic mini apartment in the historic center of Perugia. It is located in an ancient 15th-century building a few steps from Corso Vannucci and the University for Foreigners, close to the Arco dei Gigli. The building overlooks Via Bontempi, a few meters from Piazza San Severo, where the famous fresco by Raphael "Trinity and Saints" is located. Near the building is the Via della Viola, a characteristic alley animated by typical local and renowned restaurants.

Cozy three-rooms apartment in the very city center of Perugia. Its location is perfect as it can be easily reached by train and minimetro, bus or car. Piazza IV Novembre is only 500 m away. For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. Be aware of the stairs & enjoy the most beautiful city in the heart of Italy!

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

The Arch of the Eremita

The apartment is a studio located at the foot of the beautiful staircase of the medieval Aqueduct that brought water from Monte Pacciano to the fountain in Piazza IV Novembre. The house is set under one of the aqueduct's vaults and is totally independent with a separate entrance. There is a kitchenette with a single induction hob and linens (towels and sheets) are provided. There is a double bed and a single bed for a total of 3 beds.
