Our bright studio is located on the third floor of a small building (without an elevator!) in a quiet street in the center, a stone's throw from the Minimetrò and all the main points of interest. The house is small but we have tried to make it as welcoming as possible and to furnish it with simplicity and care. It has a beautiful view of the rooftops and a glimpse of the hills around the city. The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Frankly welcoming for a fantastic stay

Loft for two ideal for a couple. Large and new studio apartment, with balcony, wooden roof and modern design. It is located on the second floor of a well-kept house inhabited by the family hosting you. The kitchen is complete with all appliances. It is suitable for short and long periods. We can't accept pets, much to our displeasure.

A well-lit bedroom features a spacious bed with a neutral-colored bedspread, accompanied by bright green and blue towels neatly placed on the bed. An ensuite bathroom is visible in the background, ensuring convenience with self-check-in and virtual guidelines.
