We spent 2 nights at Rosanna's to attend a friend's wedding in Pont-Aven. The accommodation offered by Rosanna is ideally located to reach the city center of Pont-Aven on foot, while being away from it and having a parking space. Rosanna takes great care to welcome her guests in a very neat and very well-equipped accommodation. Everything is easy, everything is great. I recommend it without hesitating!

Wonderful stay! Olivier was very kind and provided great local tips – from the nearest supermarket to beautiful hiking trails and good restaurants. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located for exploring the area. I truly appreciated the warm welcome and helpful communication throughout. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay in this cozy, clean and nicely decorated accommodation. The reality matches the photos. The outdoor space is a plus for having breakfast or an aperitif. Easy to park too. Sébastien is very welcoming and has good tips for discovering the region. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very good location in the lively, comfortable and very pleasant center. A little street noise in the evening but that was no surprise, it's indicated and logical given the location. Céline was very available, adapted to our check-in and checkout times without difficulty. She was a very good source of information for restaurants and activities in the area. We had a lovely stay and thank her.

Very nice place for those who want peace and nature less than 20 minutes from the sea. Nathalie and Oliver are very welcoming and the land that surrounds the house is a haven of peace. Ideal for visiting the nearby Gulf of Morbihan.

We returned to this cozy little house, with impeccable comfort and cleanliness and, like the first time, we had a great stay. This rental is to be recommended without any hesitation, the enclosed and perfectly maintained garden allows you to enjoy the calm and the surrounding nature in the most beautiful way from the first rays of sunshine. Very good evening stopover in a quiet, pleasant and clean accommodation

We spent 4 days at Mathieu's house for a family reunion. Mathieu is welcoming, responsive and attentive. The house is very comfortable, clean with quality services. The jacuzzi is a very nice one. We immediately felt at home. We will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises.

Nice house, comfortable, very close to both the village and the beach. Absolute calm. The L'Ezenn creperie is right across the street, which can be convenient! Thank you Paul and Inès for allowing us to have a very pleasant stay in Houat.

Had a lovely stay, the apartment is located in front of the beach and the coastal path which is very nice to walk around and close to several sights. The accommodation is clean, well maintained and spacious and the receptionists were very friendly.

Clean and functional apartment. Close pier to Île aux Monines within walking distance, and 15 min from Vannes. Out of season for the pool, we couldn't test. Warm welcome to the residence, and thank you for the board game loan!

Well-located apartment, well-equipped. The garage is a plus but it is paid.

Comfortable beds, wish the second bedroom had a toilet. Well equipped kitchen, could have used some paper towels and additional dish washer tabs. Great view of the harbor. Cold upon arrival, but the apartment warmed up quickly.
