"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house was finally renovated in the summer of 2024. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Converted into a studio with a bedroom area (160 X 190 bed), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside and the Loire Valley castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to September and fully available between August 8 and 23.

The art deco gîte of Villa Bleue for 2 people

In the Indre Valley, between Tours and Loches, in a quiet, rural riverside hamlet, a small vacation rental for 2 people with a separate entrance on the ground floor of our Art Deco villa (we live upstairs), featuring a terrace and garden + pool open from mid-May to mid-September (shared with the owner, with time slots) + TV in the living room/bedroom with Netflix access. It is 10 minutes from the city of Loches and its Royal Castle, and 45 minutes from Tours. Beauval Zoo is a 35-minute drive away.
