Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

This compact, modern tinyhouse is located on the western coast of Estonia. Intended for people who`d like to enjoy a natural retreat without giving up modern conveniences. The house includes a sauna, hot tub, a shower with heated floors, WC, an open living room and sleeping area in the “attic”. The house is equipped with WiFi, TV with Netflix access, coffee machine etc. Heating/cooling is provided by an integrated air conditioner. The house can be enjoyed all year round.

(without bubbles) On rainy days, you can explore Netflix on 55" TV or play board games. Its possible to also use bicycles. Another sauna cabin (Riverside Retreat) is within 40 m from this house so theres a chance that there are max 2 people at the other house same time.

A unique three story single family house is located in an easily accessible part of the Old Town.The house`s thick limestone walls are partly the tower of the medieval city wall. You will find romance and privacy here within the small Scottish Park, behind a lockable gates to the park and your small private garden. We bring firewood and water. The price of a hot tub starts at €70 per day.
