On the 1250 sqm fenced forest property there is a lookout with a distant view of the Rhine valley, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. On this portal, we also offer our new "forest house with a dream view" for rent, also located in Burrweiler am Teufelsberg.

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. We offer a delicious breakfast with homemade products separately.

The apartment was equipped as shown. Simple but modern and clean. The living room atmosphere is still a bit sterile without ambient lighting but the apartment also seems to be quite new. Check-in was easy, we were very pleased with the stay.

Very nice, quiet apartment! Modern and cozy. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. We caught the first hot days and yet it was pleasantly cool in the apartment at night. The view of the Palatinate Forest, the Wingert, the Rhine plains and the Hambach Castle are a small highlight. From the apartment you can start your hikes directly, use the great local outdoor swimming pool and simply leave the car, as everything is within walking distance. Thanks also to Dirk & Carolin for the easy and friendly communication! :)

warm, personal welcome, large bedrooms, plenty of storage space (cabinets, wardrobe, shelves and hooks in the bathroom). It is a very old, renovated house, so a little cool (weather was very mixed) in summer certainly great when it is hot outside. Plenty of roller blinds, blinds, and curtains everywhere. Bowl of sweets in the living room, a bottle of local wine as a welcome. We lacked nothing

We immediately felt comfortable in the large apartment: Christiane welcomed us so warmly; everything is sparkling clean, lovingly cherished & maintained; on the large terrace we were able to have breakfast in the warm morning sun and in great silence & enjoy the wide view up to the church in the village center. Unfortunately!!! - we could hardly benefit from the diverse range of hiking trails, as we only spent just under 3 days with Christiane, one of whom led us to Kaiserslautern and one to Heidelberg, each of which led us to relatives or friends. Our car was very useful to us, although public buses also run; there is no restaurant in the village, but probably a bakery; several discount markets are located in neighboring Lambrecht. There were open conversations with Christiane, who is very interested in interacting with her guests. All in all: a HIT! It couldn't have been more beautiful. We would like to come back soon!!

We had a delightful experience in Sigi's hütte. The hütte was cozy and peaceful. It was just next to the forest, so it had a good view and was easy to get to the forest. Sigi was so kind and friendly. She wrote us welcoming notes and apples when we got to the house 🥰 Also, in the morning, she gave us slices of her homemade cake, and oh my god, it was so delicious 😋 We enjoyed our stay in the hütte and will definitely visit again.
