This beach house is absolutely breathtaking. It is located right in the middle of Playa Hermosa, one of the most treasured beaches in all of Costa Rica. There is a large pool with hot tub. The house is conveniently located a few doors down from a small hotel that has a restaurant and bar. If you feel like cooking, you will love all the brand new state-of-the-art appliances in the kitchen. The large bathrooms have been recently remodeled. There is a huge balcony with bbq, bar & ocean view

Easy to find property, car recommended but not necessary. 10 minute walk of 2 of the best beaches in Manuel Antonio, Playa Biesanz and Playitas. Perfect for 2 couples, fully equipped large kitchen, large living room. On 2 levels with plenty of private spaces for relaxing. 5 minute drive to the public beach. Air conditioning is not needed,cool ocean breezes are very refreshing. Must climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the house.

You will love our rustic Costa Rican home on a quiet stretch of beach. Two roomy upstairs bedrooms have private full baths. The third has a half bath. Downstairs has open floor plan. Great outdoor covered patios are featured both upstairs and downstairs. The refreshing pool can be enjoyed by all. A separate detached bedroom with double bed, half bath, and airconditioning is available for an extra $20 daily. The caretaker can make arrangements to have someone come in a prepare some meals.

Two houses, two pools, for a total of 5 Bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3.5 baths, 2 outdoor showers. Both homes are bright, clean and comfy, the second home was built in 2017. Main house is on the beach, has 3BR’s and 2 full baths, a half bath near pool, and an outdoor shower. Second home has second floor 2BR apartment, with one full bath, and outdoor shower by the fenced in pool. This is Costa Rica living at its best.
