Apartment vacation rentals in Essaouira

There are a lot of pros with Rihab’s place. Great interior design and spacious. Nice little touches like a bowl of oranges and some dried fruit and nuts to snack on. You can fairly easily get to the beach where they ride the horses, camels and quads - Amazing! To get there we clicked on the listing “Directions link” - beware that it takes you to a very similar address in the Medina. Must have wrong coordinates. The hosts responded fast but struggled a little giving quick guidance (language barrier). They referred to the video they have posted, which is not so helpful if their information takes you to the wrong place to begin with. The area is up and coming with a lot of construction around, but wasn’t noisy. Very nice cafe just around the corner, a pharmacy, spa, boutique and a cool quad rental place. Very easy parking on the street just outside the apartment is a huge plus and it’s easy to drive down to the Medina and park in one of the city lots.

It was my first visit to Morocco, and the city and its inhabitants, especially Patrick, were authentic when it came to hosting me, a warmth and joy that I will never forget. Patrick is always genuinely attentive to help you, he made me feel safe in a new country. THANK YOU ESSAOURIA

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tafedna at Jamal's apartment where we stayed 3 nights. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing and rejuvenating environment and that's what we found. The apartment is spacious and pleasantly furnished with an amazing ocean view. For sure, we'll be back.

Mitsou is the perfect host, charming, discreet, available and generous in addresses and advice. Its Riad is ideally located in the Medina, everything is a haven of peace, freshness and beauty. Tastefully decorated, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet, the bathrooms spacious and pleasant. A kitchen with everything you need is also available. The two cats in the house are adorable and not stingy with hugs. Recommended!

Steph’s place is very private, and beautifully decorated. I was traveling alone and it was perfect for 1 person. The balcony was sunny and private, the bed really comfortable and the bathroom was clean and cute (it’s like a walk-in closet!). Steph had great recommendations for around town and is very easy to communicate with. I also booked a breathwork-session with her, which was life-changing. I totally recommend to book a session with her; massage/meditation/yoga/breathwork.

We had a wonderful time in Giorgina's apartment. Everything is as described in the listing. The proximity to the beach was a highlight for us as kitesurfers. You just cross the street. However, kitesurfers should be prepared for strong winds & waves. Carrefour 😉 Supermarket is a 1km walk away. You can also walk to the medina along the beautiful beach promenade. Otherwise, taxis are very cheap. Giorgina gave us great tips for restaurants, transfer & Co. Essaouira has excellent places with Mediterranean cuisine. We have rarely eaten so well. The apartment is super clean, well furnished and well equipped. We immediately felt at home. A highlight is the sunny, wind-protected balcony overlooking the sea. Check-in & out work easily. We were even helped with the luggage. Giorgina is super accommodating & nice. Your responses are extremely fast. We would book again in a heartbeat if we come to Essaouira.

We stayed in the apartment for a few nights and had a nice time there. Youssef was always easily accessible and very friendly. We could ask him anything. The decor is beautiful and the roof terrace is nice.
