Overall quite satisfactory but not "clean", sheep under the beds, mold in the large bedroom. The radiator in the large bedroom is noisy at night and is very old overall (=toasters). Accommodation not necessarily suitable for animals since the outside is open. Dirt scoop is unsuitable (does not pick up anything). Pleasant environment but the calm depends on the neighbors above. I appreciate the responsiveness and accessibility of the accommodation. Rental very close.

The accommodation offered is very quiet, last residence in a cul-de-sac, overlooking Cauterets. Private parking is a real plus, especially with a baby, parking nearby to unload everything is not negligible. The accommodation is close to the city center, but after the hikes, you'll want to think twice about walking there (easy descent, a little less uphill after the meal😅). Functional and pleasant accommodation. Well equipped with all the essentials to have a pleasant time. The pool is a lovely extra asset. Only downside the elevator broken during our stay but which is not the fault of Jean-Luc and Nelly. They were also very kind and responsive.

The stay was great, the apartment was large, comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and kitchenette. Just like the pictures. Very close to the Sanctuary, you can get there in 10 minutes, going down some stairs. Antoine was very attentive and although we didn't see each other, there were no problems. His mother, who lives upstairs, came out to greet us very kindly. Everything was great. If we come back, we'll stay here again.

Giuseppe is very helpful and responds quickly. The house is clean, and the balcony has a good view. We came in mid-June, so the temperature was quite hot. France and Paris seems to use the natural air and fans for cooling in most buildings. Not many place have air conditioning. I’d like to recommend this place to everyone if you visit Lourdes.
