The accommodation consists of a room with an equipped kitchenette and a sleeping area with a pull-out bed. A large covered jacuzzi to enjoy in all weather, an outdoor shower and a hidden sauna near the stream. A large terrace with fire pit/bbq overlooks the pond where you can take a boat ride. 45 minutes from the landing beaches.

The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!
