You will love our rustic Costa Rican home on a quiet stretch of beach. Two roomy upstairs bedrooms have private full baths. The third has a half bath. Downstairs has open floor plan. Great outdoor covered patios are featured both upstairs and downstairs. The refreshing pool can be enjoyed by all. A separate detached bedroom with double bed, half bath, and airconditioning is available for an extra $20 daily. The caretaker can make arrangements to have someone come in a prepare some meals.

Walk to the beach! Villa Tierra is located right on the border of the beach protected zone, making it one of the closest places you can stay to the beach! At the beach you can look for sloths, lizards, parrots, & more. The pools are amazing! The condo is located 19 miles from Jaco & 21 miles from beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park. Ocean View Manuel Antonio Center Don't need a car!

This is the place to be if you want to walk EVERYWHERE! Great ocean view, full AC, and a quiet very safe area. There are several restaurants (including Agua Azul and Emilio's) within 2 minutes walking, a supermarket, and the most famous coffee house too! A bus stop is 100 yards away if you wanted to Visit Manuel Antonio park (3 min ride to park, $1 bus passes every 20 minutes). Or you could walk in about 20 minutes and see tons of Monkeys, Sloths, Macaws and maybe a toucan!
