Norma was so kind. She spoke to me in English and Spanish. She made me breakfast every morning. She was very accommodating and caring. Although I did not experience any trouble, she mentioned some times there is not wifi, electricity, or hot water when there are heavy rains. It was not a problem for me, but I could see how some people have higher expectations. It is so close to town yet you feel like you are in the jungle. Horses and birds roam the back yard. What a beautiful place for peace.

Muy lindo el lugar! Muy limpio el cuarto (nos dieron un calentador portatil extra porque hizo frio en la noche) y el almuerzo muy rico. La unica recomendación sería limpiar el agua del jacuzzi.

If you are reading this don’t look any further! You found your perfect spot to relax & enjoy nature! Here is why: - The best food in whole Ecuador - I mean it!! (We stayed the whole time in the hotel because Aldo is the best cook!) - they have the cutest cat Steve & loveliest doggo Laika - they are a lovely family owned hotel with a stunning ocean view - Little surf right in front of the house - relaxation pure you will only find sounds of nature (No cars, no loud music, no roosters as in all of Mompiche) - bring your Moskitos repellent since you are in nature ;) - no hot showers and low water pressure but we didn’t mind at all - you can only come to this beautiful spot on low tide which makes it even more special - great communication & flexible check in We can’t thank Aldo & Manya enough for those chilled days!

We loved staying here. So peaceful ✨ Aldo and Manya are amazing hosts. The food is delicious and the place rocks.

Very nice place, we were very happy, and found the place cozy and comfortable, really clean, definitely a place I would recommend! An opportunity to take a break and enjoy nature.

Ruby hotal is wonderful place, where can watch exotic birds while breakfast. Norma is very great person and friendly. She is always willing to help you. I'm sure that return.

Excelente lugar para vacacionar, excelentes servicios de la ciudad como piscina, hidromasaje, baño turco, wifi, música, etc, a pesar de encontrarse en medio de una maravillosa naturaleza, con una playa paradisíaca, casi virgen, con una puesta del sol espectacular, etc., etc.

Excelente lugar, la comida muy buena, la playa privada muy cómoda, los trabajadores muy atentos.

Muy bonito y muy bien ubicado, las personas de recepción son amables y ayudan en todo momento a que la estadía sea placentera.

Erika nuestra anfitriona siempre estaba atenta a nuestra comodidad, tuvimos un descanso placentero, vimos monos salvajes junto al Hote, la Playa de Pedernales está bastante cerca pero estás alejado del bullicio

me lleve una grata impresión de green Platinium, es un hotel de muy alto estándar, si ustedes quieres hospedarse en un lugar como si estuvieran en usa, este es el lugar. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, y modernas, tienen mucho cuidado en mantener el hotel impecable. Aceptan mascotas!!! claro que hay que mantener las reglas del hotel. la piscina en el último piso es muy linda y sirben super ricos cocteles. sin dura regresaría al lugar. gracias por una muy buena experiencia.

If you are thinking of visiting Mindo I recommend 100%! It was my first time staying at a hostel and I have to say the personal attention and care is unmatched. The rooms have nice views and everything is walking distance. Our host was very helpful with everything we needed

La anfitriona fue excepcional, brindando una atención amable y personalizada que hizo la estancia muy agradable. Desde el momento de la llegada, su hospitalidad y disposición para ayudar, crearon un ambiente afable. El alojamiento estaba limpio, pero lo que realmente destacó fue el toque humano de su dueña.

Famille accueillante, serviable et très discrète. Le logement est très propre et bien entretenu. Merci à Daniel et ses ozrents. Il faut juste savoir que la maison est au fond d'une résidence très sécurisée. On doit passer une première grille fermée, ouverte par les propriétaires depuis l'intérieur par bip avant de pouvoir y entrer. On arrive ensuite à un deuxième portail tout aussi securisé. Il faut donc bien se coordonner pour les entrées et sorties.

Un magnifique séjour dans un hébergement avec une vue sur l’océan! L’ambiance « surf » du quartier est vraiment agréable! Nous avons adoré jouer dans les vagues! Les burgers dans le restaurant de l’hébergement sont vraiment excellents! Marco le propriétaire est des plus gentils et des plus attentionnés! L’hébergement est très bien entretenu. Ça été un magnifique séjour à la plage après une semaine dans les montagnes. Nous recommandons vivement!!

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca a playa Cañaveral y a Cojimíes. El lugar tiene una piscina (con niños es un plus) y una pequeña cocina para preparar alimentos.
