This arquitectural gem is designed to not only give your comfort but also privacy. Enjoy a two story tiny house that features an open bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom, kitchen and a small living area with a couch to chill and an extra bed if needed. Villas Tortuga Paredon has two private 2000 square foot luxury villas. These ocean front villas are located in the beautiful beaches of Paredon, only a few steps away from the ocean, and only 2.5 hours south of Guatemala City. Each villa has 4 rooms, 4.5 bathrooms, with a total of 9 beds with a maximum capacity of 12 people. ($50 fee for each aditional guest above 8 guests per night per person).
