The house is ideally located 15 minutes from Dreux, 35 minutes from Chartres and its superb Gothic cathedral, 1 hour from Paris, and just over an hour from Giverny, the place of residence of the Impressionist painter Claude Monet. Visiting the Giverny Gardens is a delight. A Leclerc hypermarket is 5 km from the cottage in Saint-Lubin-des-Joncherets.
