Great option to a group of friends in Formentera

We stayed at the property for 8 days with four people. We really enjoyed it! Self-catering was easily possible thanks to the small supermarket in the village. The spacious house and private pool have made for great quiet, relaxing days. We felt completely comfortable! Our landlady was super quickly accessible by mobile phone and was able to help us with all problems. It was a really great vacation!

i really loved the house in general. i must say that I didn't go as well as I would have liked and had me a little out of place, since otherwise I would have done a barbecue and things like that, but I'll leave it for the next otherwise everything is super good and Carla is a charm.

Beautiful house and very comfortable to accommodate up to 12 people broadly. Perfectly equipped even with a BBQ that gives a lot of play for the meals. The privacy of the house also allows you to enjoy the terrace without disturbing neighbors. Excellent location practically half way to everything. It has a corner to leave motorbikes/cars. I would definitely recommend and we will repeat very soon!

Spectacular house in a very good location to go to the village (San Francesc) and move around Formentera. Álex responds almost immediately and Carla is attentive to any type of detail and makes you feel comfortable from minute one. We will repeat for sure!

Very spacious house with large outdoor spaces. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. Very comfortable beds and beautiful shower jet (it's not so discounted). Fully equipped kitchen and great pantry space with an additional fridge. Very nice and well-kept pool. Perfect barbecue. The laundry room we used a lot is also very useful. I would only suggest taking photos of all the rooms in the house because from those on the site we had not understood how large and well distributed the house was. It would also take a change of linen at least every 4/6 days. In short, an excellent solution to share a unique home in many people with the comfort of the privacy of a bathroom in each room. Great location just a 10-minute walk from Sant Francesc. Vote 9.5 We'll definitely be back. Thank you Carmen. Silvia

We were two couples with small children, everything super comfortable, the airbnb has all the accessories for cooking, it is very well equipped and very well located, although there is no air conditioning, it was good with the ceiling fan, I recommend it!

Casa Neri is perfect for a full authentic Formentera experience. The house is the typical old Formentera house, with all the facilities of the modern life. It also has a beautiful garden and porch were evenings are endless and spectacular. Very clean and well maintained house. Perfect for a family holiday. Located in one of the most quiet areas of the island, you can get really quickly to the town and enjoy several excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches. If you are looking for a real island experience it is definitely the place to stay at.

I stayed with a group of friends from June 17-21. The house is located in the center of the island in a quiet and quiet setting. The villa is very nice, great cleanliness and the pool is a jewel! Oscar was always super helpful and very kind! Absolutely recommended!

Gorgeous house with a beautiful interior design. 10 minutes' walk to Cala Saona Bay. Amenities very good have everything you need. I would be happy to come back. We will be back. Has three bedrooms with one bathroom each.

Wonderful place to stay in Formentera. Beautiful house. Super quiet and nice area. As described and photos, as described and photos. We felt right at home the whole family. Full kitchen, washer and dryer that comes great for after the beach and especially going with children like us. Two very chill terraces. Perfect location, close to everything San Francesc and supermarket 2 min walk for whatever was needed and also close to fantastic beaches. Careful house and comfortable beds with enough intimacy for the 7 we have stayed. Friendly and close hosts. We will be back for sure!!

Excellent stay and convenient and comfortable house for 9 people . Good pool. Attention: - Amenities listed in the inventory were not available. - the pots and pots are few and old. - only 7 wine glasses for 9 people and limited dishes.

We had an amazing first family holiday staying at Chris’s villa. It was beautiful. The area is quite hilly which I didn’t realise so with a pram it was a bit of a workout walking back from the shops but being fully abled and quite fit it didn’t bother us! The area has everything you need for a quiet but lovely family holiday and the villa itself is amazing, you don’t really want to leave it! We had a few little blips when we arrived getting into the villa, figuring out the oven, slow drainage in the main bathroom which were rectified very quickly so it didn’t bother us at all. The customer service from both Chris and Charity was great. We will be returning for sure!

Our stay was excellent, the villa was as described and shown in the photos. Perfect space for all of us, and very clean. The location was also really good, it was literally 20minutes from everywhere that we wanted to go to. The pool was really big and impressive lovely grounds surround the villa. The host Vanessa was very friendly and welcoming and responsive. We could not have wished for a better villa to stay in for our time spent in Ibiza. The villa is in a peaceful location. Highly recommend this villa for an amazing ibiza stay! Will be back! Thanks Vanessa for everything!

Alexis was an absolutely fantastic host. So helpful from the minute we booked giving us taxi numbers, reccomendations and details of how we could get shopping delivered for our arrival. Alexis was incredibly responsive at all times, sorting anything out required and could not have asked for a better host. The outside pool area was fantastic and a beautiful outdoor eating space. The villa interior was a little tired although well equipped with everything we needed. Can't thank Alexis enough for being such a good host.

we're sure jose is one of the best hosts out there. the house was super clean and exactly as described. we're really grateful because he made us feel totally at home during our time in ibiza. swimming in the pool at sunrise and being surrounded by nature was just amazing. we made such beautiful memories that we'll never forget. it was our first time visiting, but definitely not the last and we'd love to stay at his place again.

Kai was an excellent host and was very quick to respond to any queries we had. The villa was amazing, very spacious and the grounds were kept in pristine condition. Was only about 15/20 min drive to san antoni and had no issue getting ubers. Would definitely recommend staying in this luxurious villa.

Beautiful villa, views were incredible, no problems with taxis, host was incredibly helpful and everywhere was accessible easily and quickly. Would return and recommend.
