Apartment vacation rentals in Es Pinaret

The apartment is really the same as the photos. Nicely decorated, clean, everything that is needed. However, there was a big problem : finding a parking space. On the first evening (Saturdays), drove around for two hours and searched (and moved horribly), after that it got a little better. So it would be more for people who use public transportation, there are some options nearby. The apartment is in the middle of the neighborhood where the Mallorcans live. Were all very friendly, small supermarkets around. It takes 30 minutes to walk to the center of Palma.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was everything we wanted and more. Very well stocked and beautifully clean. The vista was amazing! Very responsive and helpful host. Thankyou.

We felt very comfortable, a lively district with many nightlife and dining options, and one of the three market halls is also within a three-minute walk.

Really good value for money overall, confortable stay with everything necessary inside the appartment. 20 minutes walk to Plaza España, ifrom where you can get on many buses/wooden train taking you throughout the island. But also very well connected with 4 or 5 options for buses just right by taking you to the port in 30 min. Manuel was very easy to reach.

Everything about our stay was top notch. I don’t think there’s anything that could have been better, or improved. We’ve already shared the details of the property with others. We’d also have no hesitation in coming back. Might hire a car next time to explore a bit further afield. All in all a superb place. Muchos gracias!

Michelle’s place was perfect for our stay in Mallorca! Beautiful location and really helpful, kind, responsive hosts. The place was clean, accessible, very clear instructions on how to get there. Would definitely recommend!

It is a nice place to stay, which is quietly located and yet everything in the village is easily accessible on foot. In 5 minutes you are in the harbor where there is also the possibility to go swimming. The apartment has everything you need, we felt very comfortable.

Everything was impeccable...very nice accommodation in a superb neighborhood...only inconvenience the opening of the door...if you are not in computer it's not obvious...but it's true that you have to put it on the page...thank you for a good stay..

We had the most wonderful time! The apartment is adorable, located easily to the main promenade and stunning views. It suited us perfectly and Magda thoughtfully added essentials we appreciate (plenty of clean towels, coffee, water, extra toiletries). Everything was clean and the room super quiet. Our only feedback is the mattress is quite soft, but we still slept very well. 10/10

The apartment surprised us positively and we immediately felt comfortable. Great location in the village and beautiful balcony, excellently equipped for a beach vacation. Both the apartment and the cool roof terrace with the phenomenal view were great. We would immediately take our beach vacation in Canyamel again in the apartment. Everything was great, the terrace (private) on the fith floor appartment, and the roof terrace when we stayed in the fourth floor appartment. Clean and bright and comfortable. Great cafe/restaurante in the square below, 'coto's cafe'. ... for both apppartments new shower heads and fitting on wall to direct the water, so you can at least have a decent shower, is important and inexpensive fix. Future reviewers comment please to try to get this done as i can see from past reviews its been just about the only gripe... Location, Location, Location was PERFECT for this Airbnb! Gorgeous view all day & all night…. Nice ocean breeze, convenient parking, spacious and comfortable plus walking distance to many restaurants. The host, Gabriel greeted us upon check in, assisted us with our luggage and was very personable. We rented a sailboat with a captain for the day from Maksy Boats. Highly recommend! It was our first time to Mallorca and everything was perfect!

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with wonderful swimming pool and is well located relative to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

Our stay at Mirjam's was beyond expectations. Comfortable, perfectly equipped, and with a beautiful sea view. Exactly as shown in the description and photos. Mirjam was a great help with detailed information and useful tips. If we go back to Mallorca, we will certainly go back to Mirjam.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
