Tiene grandes ventanales que dan a un patio de manzana luminoso pero silencioso. Tiene una habitación de matrimonio con cama de 1,60*200 cm con baño en suite. Además dispone de un espacio único en el que está el salón con 2 sofás cama de 135*190 cm cada uno y la cocina abierta. Dispone de otro segundo baño completo con ducha.
