Το Πετρόσπιτο Α αποτελεί μέρος ενός μικρού συγκροτήματος που περιλαμβάνει ακόμη ένα ανεξάρτητο σπίτι (Πετρόσπιτο Β). Τα δύο σπίτια μοιράζονται τους εξωτερικούς χώρους, διατηρώντας παράλληλα πλήρη αυτονομία στο εσωτερικό τους. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο γραφικό χωριό Σίτσαινα του δήμου Μετσόβου και είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για έως 6 άτομα, διαθέτοντας σαλοκουζίνα, μπάνιο, κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και πατάρι με 4 μονά κρεβάτια.
