We were very impressed by the great apartment and the nice hostess. We didn't miss anything and we felt very comfortable. The view over the city and the harbor is breathtaking. I'm sure we'll be back.

I start with the host.Excellent and willing to make your stay better. He contacted us regularly to ask if we need anything. The house is ideal for family or groups. It has its own yard and is relatively quiet. Access is simple if someone sees and reads the host's informative instructions. It is located in a very good location (inside the castle) which means that all points of interest and shops are next to you. Parking may be an issue for some but there is very close municipal parking. You can park on the lakeside road from the bottom of the castle. My family enjoyed the stay. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

A great value-for-money apartment! Extremely clean, with a very kind and welcoming host. We were even greeted with a small tsipouro and wine as a welcome gift — such a thoughtful touch! The bathroom had all the essentials, including Apivita face soap, which truly won me over. (I love it when shower gels and shampoos are from quality brands and not generic refills.) Also, the hair dryer was excellent — much better than the usual weak ones you find in most apartments or hotels.

This place was perfect for 2 people. We stayed 17 nights and enjoyed it very much. The apartment is in a pedestrian street with restaurants within steps of the front door. The Restaurant Mazen is literally 2 steps away and has traditional Greek food and very nice people. The bedroom is in the back, so it is quiet, even when bars are playing loud music outside. The balcony is wonderful to have your morning coffee and watch life taking place in this little heaven. George and Kathrin are simply wonderful and incredibly responsive if you need anything. A highly recommended place!

The host was very responsive and flexible with our arrival as he waited for us despite having an issue with the ferry and checking in later than planned. The place is very cozy and the stay was very pleasant. The neighborhood did not convey much confidence to us, although the location is fine to stay after the ferry check-in to Igoumenista.

They are such a sweet couple. They were helpful with everything. The police even took my license plates because of the wrong parking. He came to the police station with me and helped. Thank you so much. I would recommend to anyone.

The place was very clean. Simple but with all the essentials. Near the center of the city but in a quiet neighborhood. Suitable space for one person. I'll definitely go for it again. 😊

One of the best Airbnb's I have ever stayed! The place is beautiful and it has everything you need! It is literally spotless! Fresh and bright, it's the perfect getaway! Elena, is so friendly! She gave us the precise direction for the apartment and info about the parking, where to go, where to eat, what to see. I will definitely...definitely come back for even more days. I had a fantastic stay at Theo’s Airbnb in Ioannina! The apartment was a perfect mix of modern comfort and cozy charm, ideally located just steps from the beautiful lake and historic castle, making it a great base for exploring the city. The space was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated with thoughtful touches, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed and a well-stocked kitchen. Theo was an outstanding host—super responsive, warm, and accommodating, even allowing us to store our luggage for as long as needed, which made our trip so much easier. The central location put us within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants, and attractions, yet the apartment felt like a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend Theo’s place to anyone visiting Ioannina!

We had a really great stay at Soustas apartments. A two minute easy walk to centre of Loggos, almost next door to the supermarket so very very convenient. Clean, comfortable and the perfect base. Highly recommend! Thank you to all at Soustas!

We really enjoyed our stay in the very quiet, spacious flat, only half a minute's walk from the port and close to the supermarket. The three balconies were a real plus and the peace and quiet was wonderful. We only needed the air conditioning at night and it worked perfectly with a minimum of noise which was not disturbing (which is rare in my experience!). Having the pool to ourselves was an unexpected bonus! The kitchen has a handy mini-dishwasher. The bathroom is rather basic and difficult to keep dry while showering, but that did not outweigh the benefits of this flat. Sia is a very friendly and generous host who made our stay very pleasant!

I read some bad reviews on other platforms but the truth is it's a very quiet, clean and beautiful place to stay. A few meters from the main street, but very quiet at night. The beach is also accessible on foot, but it's not too nice. A few things to improve, like mosquito nets. There are some to remove and put, but mosquitoes hang. Luckily there are many shops in the area to buy repellent, at a reasonable price. The single beds are very small and quite uncomfortable. And the rooms aren't too big, but the pool and bar are a plus. Very good value for the price in general.

Such welcoming hosts (we met last year!). It is very rare that we go back to the same place twice but this place is exquisite, extremely clean, excellent kitchen equipment/appliances, beautiful manicured rear garden, pool and poolside furniture immaculate. Very quiet but short walk to bars/restaurants. Hard to beat and tempting for next year. This is a home from home experience with fantastic hosts Georgia and Bill We love you!!! 😍 😍😍

We have been at the resort for two weeks, and it has been a wonderful vacation. Nice resort, incredibly friendly people who stole our heart. Fanys' parents can cook deliciously and get many of the ingredients from their own vegetable garden. Lots of fun things done within the area: horseback riding, scooters rented, snorkeled, lots of sums in the beautiful sea. The beautiful coastal road between corfu city and Alykes beach is recommended to follow by scooter and stop here and there at a beautiful beach or a beautiful tavern. In short: highly recommended!
