Whether for a stopover or a stay, we offer in the heart of the picturesque village of Meaulne, located on the edge of the remarkable forest of Tronçais and along the Berry Canal, our 34 m2 outbuilding with a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with entrance and an independent garden. Close to the A71 motorway exits (10 km from the Forêt de Tronçais – Vallon-en-Sully motorway exit, 18 km from Saint-Amand-Montrond), 28 km from Montluçon.

Small modest and rustic cottage in the heart of an old farmhouse surrounded by fields, now separated into two vacation rental/stay houses. Caution: - bed linen and towels not provided - no internet box and fickle network (countryside!) - no TV channels (but hdmi cable provided to connect a pc to the TV) - Fully equipped kitchen (no oven) - possibility to meet tractors on the estate or surrounding fields Cleaning possible at extra cost (€30)

Léon invites you to relax in this unique and quiet cabin by a pond in its green setting. 19 m2 chalet with 140 bed (+ extra bed 1 person or baby bed on request), equipped kitchenette, shower, private toilet outside, heating, air conditioning, fan, shaded terrace, hammock, plancha... Available: free boat, tandem rental, bike rental for rides, Peugeot 203 vintage car ride by reservation. One animal on a leash accepted.

Charming country house

Charming quiet house on the heights of Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre. Possibility to accommodate 4 people thanks to a separate bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The house also has a large terrace and garden, where you can enjoy an outdoor lounge, deckchairs, and a barbecue. All the basic amenities (sheets, towels, shower gel/shampoo...) are provided with the rental.

Renovated old house located in Saint-Bonnet Tronçais 20 km from the A71 highway. The cottage can accommodate 10 people plus a baby. Equipped kitchen Five bedrooms including three with beds 160x200 ground floor and two with double beds 90x190 upstairs. Baby equipment available (bed, high chair, stroller, tricycle). Dog allowed.

Lovely cottage was a pigsty with loft, right across from the old oak forest Forret d Troncais with its many lakes and castles, markets, flea markets. Epineuil is also the village of Alain Fournier, the author of the book "Grand Meaulnes"
