Vacation rentals with breakfast in Épernay

Super clean, relaxing accommodation just in front of the Marne. What a pleasure to spend these few days in your cottage

We were welcomed by the hosts in a very friendly manner. The space fully corresponded to the description. Everything was very clean and tidy and everything you needed was available. In particular, we enjoyed the delicious and extensive breakfast. We can definitely recommend the place.

Very beautiful green setting close to the center of Reims. Very nice room with private bathroom and direct access to the garden. Excellent welcome by our hosts who made it possible to fully enjoy our stay.

Valérie is the best host the champagne region has to offer. She gave us various recommendations for champagne houses, restaurants and other activities. She even went above and beyond by help us plan our activities as efficient as possible (we still have to come back for some for which there was no time). You really feel welcome to moment you step inside. Lovely outdoor area too!!

Bedrooms upstairs of the house, equipped with bathroom and toilet. The little extra is the breakfast included with sufficient and quality products, taken under the veranda overlooking a charming garden.

Our stay in Chalons was an all-round pleasant experience. We had visited Chalons several times as a stopover more than 40 years ago, but had no memories. We were then surprised how beautiful the city is, how many sights and attractions it offers. Joyceline's tips were also useful. From the apartment you can do all the activities in the city on foot. We explored the city and the parks ("Jards") in one day and took a long hike along the Marne and back to the canal. Then on the 2nd day we visited Epernay and Hautvilliers, where we also took a hike in the national park, the next day then Reims. The apartment was also ideally located for this. We thank Joyceline and Frederic for letting us use their apartment, and we can only recommend it.

Great communication with a responsive host, flexible check-in accessible to everyone thanks to the app. Despite the lobby of the building under construction, the painters were respectful of our sleep and with a smile!! Impeccable, clean accommodation identical to the photo, very functional for 4. Close to the arena on foot, too bad that parking is paid... but 4 euros a day is fine. Public transport is easy to access to visit Reims. We recommend this property. ❣️

Excellent stay at Sylvie and Philippe's, adorable people who are very welcoming, attentive, attentive, going out of their way to welcome us. Very nice meeting, really! The accommodation is extremely clean, quiet, comfortable and functional: it immediately feels like home. We left our car aside to crisscross Reims only on foot (market, city center, cathedral and cellars) Breakfasts were hearty and delicious and Sylvie had even prepared a sweet treat for us before we left! This was our first time on Airbnb and we are delighted with our stay in Reims with Sylvie and Philippe. A place to recommend warmly!!

Everything was as Emma described with clear easy instructions to get in. It was lovely having the courtyard to relax in after a busy day. It was nice and quiet in the evenings and close walking distance to most things.

Comfortable and well-decorated space that is as described. Manon is very accommodating and gave us clear information for our self check-in. Breakfast is also a real plus for an airbnb apartment! We'll be happy to come back for our next visit to Champagne!

Wonderful stay & would recommend for Epernay visit. Walkable to Avenue de Champagne & local restaurants. Extremely responsive & friendly hosts. Apartment is very nice, beds very comfortable and all was represented as described in the listing. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

We had spontaneously decided to take a short trip to Champagne and had a positive response to our reservation request within a few minutes. Everything was quick and easy. The house is conveniently located, parking nearby and the room well equipped and very clean. Overall, it is quite eavesdropping, but didn't bother us so much. But we were only there one night. Breakfast was great and extra nice as it was with our hosts. Sonia is very personable and accommodating. We were completely satisfied.

A 'break' as we like them with welcoming, warm and discreet hosts. Breakfast was hearty, fresh and seasonal products, homemade jam and apple juice. Everything was done to make the stay a moment of perfect relaxation.

We couldn't have dreamed of better hosts than Chantal and Jean-François! They are so adorable, friendly and welcoming, we really had lovely hosts! They welcomed us into their home as if we were at home! Our stay was simply perfect and it's partly thanks to them! Flawless accommodation, delicious breakfast, very good tips, really nothing to say! The tour and tasting with Jean-François are a must! And you must try Chantal's little culinary delights in the morning, a delight!

Catherine is such a lovely lady. she made us feel very welcome and communication before arrival was very good. The bedroom, bathroom and sitting area were all spacious, clean and very nice. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious and we had a lovely chat with Catherine. we would definitely recommend staying here.

A fantastic place, in a fantastic environment with fantastic hosts, who have also stylishly and extremely lovingly designed this castle. The only drawback: our stay was too short!- But we will be happy to come back!
