This house has, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 separate toilet, a separate bathroom, and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there is a first bedroom with a bathroom and a toilet, and a bedroom with 3 children's beds overlooking a master bedroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a garage. There are walking paths close to the house. You are 30 minutes from Honfleur, Deauville, Lisieux, etc.

La P'tite Maison is located in the countryside with outdoor terrace and parking and has just been recently furnished (5 minutes from Epaignes, 15 minutes from Pont-Audemer and 30 minutes from the Normandy beaches). In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.
