It is completely made of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The cottage is fully equipped, everything you need is available. Enjoy the scenery and the skies, the tranquility and the space!

The Barn is a luxurious guesthouse at the back of the farm with us on the property, wonderfully quiet location outside the village. Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Welcome to our unique tiny house, hidden in a private forest on the outskirts of the charming Frisian village of Noordwolde. This modern accommodation is ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. In the summer, enjoy your spacious private garden with seating area, a veranda and a hammock among the trees. In winter, you can sit comfortably inside by the wood-burning stove, which heats the room in no time. The tiny house is compact but equipped with every comfort!

In the Groningen countryside, not far from the city, is our ecolodge. The lodge is built from sustainable materials, and solar panels provide the energy supply. The lodge has all the comforts: WiFi, underfloor heating and a complete and beautifully furnished kitchen and bathroom. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and the birds. The area is great for trips in nature or a day in the city. Bicycle, canoe and motorboat trips start at the door.
