We stayed in this apartment and the experience was excellent. The place is very comfortable, ideal for relaxing with the family, and it was perfectly equipped for our stay. One of the greatest charms was the view of the river from the window: simply wonderful, especially at sunset. In addition, the location is unbeatable, with several parks and attractions within walking distance, which was perfect for going for a walk with our son. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet stay. The communication with the host was excellent.

A hassle-free stay for two. The weekend is a bit noisy as other comments say, but it's easy to solve with earplugs. Nice area to visit the Metro, Puerto Norte and Pichincha. Recommended!

The property is located in a central area with access to public transportation. From there you can walk to the sights in Rosario and buy what you need to eat. Despite being downtown, the place is quiet, the noise outside doesn't bother you. Something very important is that I found the accommodation clean and tidy, the decor is cozy and it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Check-in and check-out were super flexible, which was important to us for this stay. And Sebastian quickly responded to my questions. The wifi seemed somewhat unstable to me. If you're going on vacation it's fine, but to connect for work it's poor. In conclusion, my husband, my two cats and I did not like it very much and we recommend it.

All good! The only thing I mention as an observation that what's in the third room is a futon (somewhat uncomfortable) and not a bed. The location is barbaric and the view is divine.
