James place was amazing! Absolutely the best possible location in Lucerne and the views were breathtaking! Walkable to everything you want to see. As a bonus, there is Air Conditioning which is rare in Europe (and needed in the summer)!

Andrea Vertu's apartment was pleasant and tidy, clean and well equipped The apartment is homey and had everything! We were surprised by the size for the good. There is a shared space for a bedroom and the living room Separate space for kitchen and toilet at the end of the hall. The view from the kitchen is perfect! Lake and mountain views! The balcony is pampering with a view of the mountain and with a hammock. Andrea Vertu were lovely and greeted us with a smile and everything we needed brought us with love. We had a great time I highly recommend it!

Noe and Roland's accommodation is an absolute insider tip. The quiet location with direct views of a side arm of the lake and the railway bridge make it indescribably beautiful. Every breakfast and dinner on the small private terrace is a highlight. The apartment is lovingly furnished and you have everything you need. The kitchen is also very well equipped. You can walk to Interlaken train station in 20 minutes. In addition to the great accommodation, it should also be emphasized that Noe and Roland are very nice, communicative and helpful and gave us good tips for our hikes and a homely feeling. All in all, a perfect stay with great hosts!

We had a wonderful stay! Roland was amazing, paying great attention to every detail and making sure we felt right at home. The warm welcome we received was truly appreciated. The view of the lake was absolutely breathtaking, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We’re so happy we found this little gem and would definitely love to come back!

The location could not have been better! We loved Maria’s place and she was very communicative. The view never got old, and we were close to everything we wanted to see while in Switzerland. While we had a car and got to use the included parking spot, we also tried using the bus stop which was immediately outside the home and it was very easy to navigate around Switzerland. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who’s visiting Switzerland!

This was a perfect place to base out of for some adventures in Bernese-Oberland. It was close to the train station, good restaurants nearby, and an absolutely beautiful view overlooking the Aare river. The place was clean and spacious, and check in and out was super easy. Ruedi and Helen were very responsive.

A charming, peaceful house with a spectacular view, lovely garden, and serene terrace. Silke is a helpful host and responded graciously to promptly address an initial issue. Highly recommend.

The five of us felt very comfortable in this house. Each room has its own bathroom. The house is open and spacious. Advantageous if the weather is not so good. So everyone can find a private place. And the kitchen invites you to cook. The view of the lake and the "Niesen" is fantastic. We spent a relaxing and great week at Lake Thun. Thank you, Hosts! G.H.

Loved our stay, truly beautiful home and perfect for our family (2 adult couples couples and a family of 3 with 6 year old). Child friendly with safe bedding and available books and toys to play with. Great location 5 minutes from train station and 2 blocks walk from COOP grocery store. A few things to get used to as being from USA appliances are slightly different, but we knew that ahead of time. Also thankful for the previous review that mentioned needing to buy additional toilet paper if staying more than a few days, it was easy to pick up with our groceries. Hosts were very responsive and kind with the questions we had. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will remember our trip fondly and our stay here.

We loved our stay here! We were a group of 7, and there was more than enough space for all of us. We spent much time on the balconies which were both outfitted to seat the whole group- it was wonderful! We also enjoyed the lakeside trail that led us to the little town of Iseltwald and appreciated that it was such a short trip to get to Interlaken. Tetyana was a great host. She was very responsive to all of our messages, and when we noticed that the coffee machine was broken when we got there, she brought us a new one quickly. This was a wonderful stay!

Adrian's place is stunning. It's a perfect spot for our family vacation- central to all that we wanted to accomplish. Off the beaten path in a very secluded quiet location. Great walks right out the door. Watched a brilliant sunset over Lucerne as we settled in for a fire along the hillside one evening. Enjoyed watching the local Shepard move sheep from one field to another. Adrian was a great host with excellent recommendations and even took the time to show us around the property. We would love to come back again. As commented before- the approach road to the community is very narrow but with a small car you get used to it after a few passes. I came to appreciate it as part of what makes this property extra ordinary and beautiful. Thank you Adrian for opening your home to visitors from Seattle.

Well-maintained family home in a prime location by the lake, close to the train station and shopping. You can do so much - sports, hiking, cycling, lake, museums. Very nice landlords who always have time for you.

We came here for our honeymoon and I will never forget how magical this place was! The views were absolutely stunning — waking up to the turquoise lake and surrounding mountains was unforgettable. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. The location was peaceful yet close enough to explore nearby towns and hikes. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing escape in nature yet close enough to exciting experiences! 10/10!!

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at Monika & Nardi’s beautiful home! The location is peaceful, scenic & well-connected, with breathtaking views. We loved spending slow mornings & cozy evenings just soaking it all in. The area is stunning, with great hiking trails all around. It’s the kind of place where you could easily stay for a month just enjoying the beauty & calm. The house is well-designed & well-equipped. Parking was easy, check-in was smooth & the welcome gift of coffee was a lovely touch that added to the homely vibe. For longer stays, a few small additions, like extra towels, additional quilts for the living room/terrace & an ironbox, could make the stay even more comfortable. Also, though the listing mentions limited hot water, we found it perfectly sufficient. **5 stars!** I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I especially appreciated the little thoughtful touches that made the stay feel extra special. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and will definitely book again when I’m back in the area!

Nicolás and Kristy’s place is in such a beautiful spot, we ran into some trouble with renovations going on in the area and they were very helpful with our concerns. It was out of their hands and they still helped us out! Recommend a trip down to the little restaurant down by the river as well!! A great stay

We will definitely go back! We traveled with our 2.5 year old son and our little dog. Tamara's accommodation is perfectly suitable and impeccably clean. The bedding is very good quality and all useful amenities are available. We felt right at home. Tamara and her family are very warm and responsive!
