Up the stairs, on the mezzanine level, there is a second full bathroom, and on the first floor, there are two bedrooms with a queen-size bed and air conditioning, as well as a living room with a sofa bed that converts into two single beds. We continue to climb and arrive at the deck terrace with an office area and libraries where you will find an immense variety of books.

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.
