Place was clean and well kept. Check in and out was easy. Host were very responsive and accommodating to all communications. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place to stay in Durham! Very quiet and we loved all the rooms, especially the sun room! Great place to stay if wanting to be away from the city but still close enough!

After a quick conversation, he had no problem with us bringing pets, which was a huge relief. The home was clean, in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, and bonus there’s a pool! Highly recommend.

I stayed at Anabela’s cottage for a 12 week clinical rotation and it was perfect! Not only was the house itself everything that I needed, Anabela was wonderful. She regularly checked in on me and made sure I had everything that I needed to be comfortable. Given my long-term stay, I had family and friends that wanted to visit me and Anabela offered up her other properties next door for them to stay in — free! She is a wonderful hostess and certainly has the gift of hospitality. It was a blessing to have her as my host for 12 weeks and I’m happy to now call her my friend.

My boyfriend and I came to Durham for a wedding, and this spot was ideal. It was clean, cozy, and really comfortable—the perfect home base for our weekend. The location couldn’t have been more convenient: just 4 minutes from our buddy’s shop, Fuzzy Needle (1005 W Chapel Hill St.), and 9 minutes to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. We also had a great meal at Grub Durham, which was only 4 minutes away. There were no bugs inside (a big win!), and although we saw a review mentioning thin walls, we didn’t experience any noise issues at all—it actually felt really soundproof. The host’s communication was excellent: clear, prompt, and thorough, which made the whole experience easy. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and toiletries. All in all, it was a lovely stay. We felt lucky to have landed such a great place!

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and this was one of the best. Beautifully redone, comfortable beds, great kitchen with nice and plentiful snacks. Very peaceful location but close to everything we wanted to do.
