Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

This charming, rustic 3 bed cottage is nestled in a small village in the Parc naturel régional des Pyrénées Ariégeoises. The cottage has a spacious, fenced garden. Cozy, comfortable interiors and a light filled house make for a perfect location to relax and connect with nature. The cottage is a perfect home-base from which to explore the beauty of the mountains, rivers, and valleys; a haven for outdoors lovers! Restaurants and amenities just a short drive away in the villages next door.

Independent accommodation, located in the house where I live. On the ground floor, it consists of: an independent entrance, bathroom with shower and toilet, living room with sofa bed and TV, dining area/kitchenette; it has a small garden where you can have your meals and rest on the deckchairs; upstairs, spacious bedroom with air conditioning. Linens and hand towels provided. Parking is available in front of the house. Walking distance from the house.

Le Playras, a little piece of heaven!

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!
