Spacious cottage with beach in scenic surroundings

Spacious and child-friendly 3 bedroom cottage with bed space for 6 fifteen minutes from Evje. Great place during summer with its own shallow beach, rowboat, canoe, paddle board and great fishing opportunities. Great hiking trails. During winter the ski tracks start a few hundred meters away. Very quiet and private. Without electricity and water, but with gas fridge, gas stove and solar lamps. Outhouse with direct entry from the rear of the cabin. OK 4g coverage in parts of the cottage and on the terrace.

Nice family friendly cottage in rural setting. A bedroom with a family bunk. Double bed in loft and pull-out bed in the outdoor living room. Bed linen and towels are included. The cabin has water and electricity (not recommended to drink the tap water. Clear drinking water in a refrigerator). Driveway all the way to the cabin summer time. Parking about 300m from the cabin in winter. Short distance from Evje city centre. Fishing water and ski slopes at short distance from the cabin.

The cabin is located in scenic surroundings on Gautestad about 17 km from Evje center. There are several nice hiking areas nearby, bathing water and great run cross-country skis in winter. Evje has lots to offer, including other climbing parks, go-karts, Evje Mineralpark and TrollAktiv. The latter has a variety of activities such as rafting, canoeing, paintball arrow and bow and much more. Autumn/winter and Easter holidays are booked from Thursday-Monday and Monday-Thursday

An old farm in the middle of the forest. If you're lucky, you can see wild animals and birds from the windows early in the morning or foxes, hares, moose or deer in the evening/night that come to drink in the pond. Cut down your own Christmas tree and decorate it if you rent at Christmas or take it home if you rent earlier in December. Berry or mushroom trips are recommended in season. Interesting area for amateur geologists with quarries "everywhere".

Nice to hike in the area. Pick berries in the woods. Short distance to Mineralparken, go-kart track and 20 min to Evje city centre. (Note: The map does not match the address). 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If the GPS leads you onto a dirt road with a beam, you will need to find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many trails. Rowboat can be borrowed. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.
