It is a nice apartment, modern, new 65 m2 located in the center of the city, 200 meters from the waterfront on the Paraná River. It has a bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, in the living room two sofa beds and a guest bathroom, a large balcony with views of the city and the river, a full independent kitchen with laundry included, very bright and ventilated, 2 split air conditioners, in the bedroom and living room, LED screen TV, cable channels and high speed WiFi.
