Private studio located up a quiet country lane on our lovely small acreage just 12 kilometres from Orange Town Centre. Enjoy the peace & quiet overlooking our bottom paddock & dam with resident goats, sheep & ducks. You may hear a neighboring mower , motor bike or dog but that’s all part of rural living! Once in your personal parking spot, expect to be warmly greeted by Kate. A clever add on to the rear of our large barn like garage located next the main home but has a private outlook.

The Shed in Orange

The Shed is a newly renovated and fully furnished, self-contained studio in Orange. The Shed is self-contained with a separate bathroom, cooking area, full kitchen, with an espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine. The spacious 40 m2 studio has a large queen size bed, a big dining table, lounge, big smart TV, a big desk / office area. Also includes split system-reverse cycle air conditioner, portable heater, electric blankets and a ceiling fan to guarantee comfort all year round.

Entire Self Contained, Off Grid, Eco Farm Stay

We are an Eco Farm Stay and have a spacious self-contained studio room. Location is five minutes’ drive from Orange & 20 minutes’ walk of several wineries. We have excellent views over the town and surrounding countryside. You will find it very peaceful and quiet with a homely feel. You can feed the Murray Grey cows, calves or chickens, spend time strolling through our cherry orchard or just do your own thing. We are very approachable but any contact will be your choice.

Homely BnB. Private entrance.

The BnB is a repurposed/renovated section of our home. Locked off from the main household it's in a secluded location overlooking our backyard food garden. A light breakfast is supplied, plus tea and coffee etc. The kitchenette has a microwave, Pod Coffee Machine, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a washing machine. The king size bed can be converted to two singles upon request with your booking. The hospital is 5 minutes drive, and the city centre 15 min walk.

Sunny, large and warm studio at Rose Cottage

The studio at Rose Cottage is a standalone building at the back of our 3 acre property. It is a lovely light-filled space surrounded by paddocks and apple orchards. You can expect to wake up to birdsong and feel a million miles away, while actually only being 8km from the centre of Orange. Our little family lives in the main house, 80m from the studio, and can interact with you as you wish or you can completely check out when you (self) check in!

Belle View Farm Guest House

Experience beautiful Orange in the peace and quiet of a farm setting a short drive from town. Our lovely guest house is situated on the edge of our garden, with it's own entrance and is separate to our house. With a bathroom, small kitchenette, queen bed and lovely patio over looking our vegetable garden and paddocks. Quality bedding and towels are provided. It's a short walk to ChaLou winery, as well as Mayfield Winery just down the road.
