Relaxation is provided by the new barrel sauna and the hot tub in the garden (for a surcharge). Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. It has a beautiful, bright bathroom with a bathtub, vanity and toilet. Just one street away is the natural swimming pool with indoor pool. The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

The one-room apartment is within walking distance of the main train station (approx. 15 minutes). Osnabrück city center is about 15 - 20 minutes walk, or six minutes by metro bus. In our apartment you use your own shower room and your own kitchenette. You have two sleeping options: a box spring bed (width: 140 cm) and a sofa bed (width: 100 cm). We, the hosts, live in the same building and are available for any questions you may have.
