Small prefabricated house, modern style, cool in summer and warm in winter. It has a bedroom with air conditioning, plasma with Directv, music equipment, en-suite bathroom and dining kitchen. It is equipped with freezer refrigerator, electric oven, anafe oven, microwave microwave and dishwasher. The background belonging to the House is fully fenced. The property is located between a Furniture Show Room in front and at the bottom of the land there is a Furniture Factory.

On the waterfront, minutes from the airport and Montevideo in a residential area, quiet but connected to everything. With a garden, stove, heated pool (October to April), wood stove, grill, laundry room, master bedroom with dressing room, terrace, en-suite bathroom and ocean view, fully equipped, to enjoy as a family all year round.

El Pinar's beaches stand out for their white sand that creates a beautiful landscape in contrast to the pine trees. In the stream you can do water sports and enjoy the beautiful views.
