Wonderful apartment. You can hear the ocean waves from your sofa. The remodeling of the apartment is really nice and everything was pretty fresh and new when I stayed. If you are looking for a peaceful stay with modern decor it's a good choice👍 I would stay again.

The apartment is conveniently located, just a short walk from the beach, with a golf course right in front, perfect for a walk or a round of golf. It is clean, well-maintained, and offers beautiful views from the balcony. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again!

The place itself is very spacious. Easy to locate and to self check-in. There was an issue with the WiFi in the beginning but they were quick to send someone to change the router and it was fixed immediately! I really love he area because it's beach view and the sunset is so amazing to look at. A nice place to get away from the city life. 👌

Nice comfortable and quiet apartment on the lagoon. Communication was great and hosts were very polite and accommodating. Very responsive.

Очень мало людей, купались всегда одни. Иногда местные жители приходят, когда не так жарко. Но, это в любом случае огромная, преогромная территория пляжа для отдыха. Вкуснейшая, необычная еда: сырный пирог горячий, фалафель, интересные пакистанские и арабские блюда в местных кафе. Готовили для детей сами, взяли продукты, хотя все продукты можно было купить в отличном магазине Day to day, который посоветовала нам Хулкар! Всем русским, особенно семьям с детьми рекомендуем останавливаться у Хулкар! Спасибо, Хулкар Вам большое! Желаем Вашим деткам здоровья, семье - благополучия! Будьте здоровы и ждите нас ещё!

The apartment is good for the value. There’ are all necessary items. Private beach is 5 min walk. There was one issue which was very fast resolved. For improvement point just small things like kitchen towel would be nice to have and internet in master bedroom was a bit unstable though not a bad thing for a bed room. Apartment management is very quick to reply and ready to help. I would recommend for travelers who seek for quiet corner in Dubai close to the beach.

Omar was a great host . I stayed for one month and during my stay he was responsive always to any questions and always checking if everything is okay. The location is beautiful , peaceful and the apartment has everything you need . Would gladly stay here again .

This is my second visit and it was amazing

First of all, Komal was an amazing host, always engagedand trustworthy. He was responding very quickly and always tried his best to find solution. The apartment was very beautiful and convenient; the view was stunning 😍 We had some troubles with hot water, Komal has fixed it very quickly but it still wasn’t hot enough just enough warm for a quick shower. The swimming pool was very clean and easily accessible, the security was always available and it wasn’t crowded at all. To sum up we felt very comfortable and welcomed during our stay and will come back in the future

Wasim and Monaco were always very responsive. I did face minor issues but they were always proactive to help. So, all in all, wonderful host. They were flexible when I asked for slightly delayed checkout, the instructions were crystal clear, the TV had almost all the premium subscriptions which made it super convenient to access content. Airbnb needs more such hosts.
