Charming Petit Chalet. Opened in January 2023. With 4,000 m² park, this cozy petit chalet invites you to enjoy its bioclimatic architecture. It features a highly efficient rocket mass heater, special insulation in walls, ceilings, and floors, DVH (double-glazed) windows, and a Trombe wall that captures solar energy. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a security alarm system, and exterior surveillance cameras. From the chalet, you’ll enjoy breathtaking, vineyards, and wineries.

The property La Unica has in its main house five double bedrooms, four en suite, a sixth bedroom with four bunk beds, a large living room with a fireplace in continuity with the dining room and a spacious kitchen. In the park, a spacious quincho has all the amenities necessary to taste a good argentinian roast. To the side is the swimming pool. The property is surrounded by a water channel from a side, and by the vineyards on it's south side. Both sides offer you a gorgeous view.
