Separate house with room, kitchen, bathroom and sauna (47m2) In the room there is a sofa bed for two and a single bed (two children at different heights) In the kitchen there is a stove, oven, fridge, washing machine,dishes. For an additional fee, a house sauna, an outdoor sauna (ice hole), a barrel sauna by the pond. Hiking and skiing track 1.5km. Childcare is also possible.

The house is close to the Tehvandi stadium, city center, forest, great views, restaurants and dining. Its closeness to the skiing tracks and of the disc golf park makes it a great place for people who love sports! It being next to the forest and near lakes also gives a nice relaxation oportunity . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

!!Currently we are renewing the 2nd floor. It is not yet finished but for bigger groups we can fit maximum 3 people comfortably upstairs. Downstairs we have 6 sleeping places!! Tule lõõgastu Otepääl. Maja asub Aedlinna piiril, metsatuka ääres. Pühajärv on umbes 10/15 minuti jalutuskaugusel. Tegevust talvepealinnas jagub aastaringselt ja meie hubases majas on mõnus lõõgastuda pärast suusatamist, matkamist või pidustusi.

Elva Studio Accommodation

This quiet and very well located apartment is a wonderful place to relax. Places to eat, health trails, public transport stop, shop and beach are within walking distance. The apartment is cozy and pleasant. Pets are also welcome. With longer notice, it is possible to order oven-warm pies, snack tray or pretzel from the home baker by the time of arrival.
